Are you insured?
Chyme is a federally registered carrier (USDOT 3248298). If your building or HOA needs a certificate of insurance before move-in, mention it in your quote request and we’ll take care of it ahead of your delivery day.
How is pricing calculated?
Every quote is based on three things: the time the job takes, what we’re moving (the type and size of the items), and the distance between pickup and drop-off.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change, we understand. We just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

What are your hours?
We're available 24 hours, 7 days a week, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
How far ahead should I book?
The earlier you book, the more choice of time you’ll have. Because we’re open 24/7, we can often fit in short-notice jobs too. For same-day or next-day help, call us at 770-882-5902.
Do you install or hook up appliances?
We deliver your appliance and place it exactly where you want it. We don’t connect water, gas or electrical lines; for those, we recommend a licensed plumber or electrician.
Can you take away my old furniture?
Just ask. List what you’d like gone in your quote request and we’ll let you know whether we can take it, with the cost included in your quote.
Anything you won't haul?
We don’t carry hazardous materials such as gasoline, propane, paint or chemicals, and we can’t take anything larger or heavier than our van allows (see “Will it fit?” above). Not sure about an item? Send a photo with your quote request.
